You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in addition to growth opportunities and excellent retirement options. **Job Summary:** The Supply Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all products and materials are stored and distributed efficiently at Fort Irwin. The individual in this role should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records. **Job Responsibilities:** + Manage and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. + Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies. + Ensure proper storage and distribution of supplies and materials. + Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements. + Collaborate with various departments to determine supply needs. + Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures. + Address and resolve any issues related to inventory and supply chain. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration. + High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is preferred. + Proven experience as a Supply Technician or in a similar role in inventory management. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. + Familiarity with supply chain and inventory control systems. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with the Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A). + Familiarity with the Records Keeping and Management filing system - ARIMS IAW AR 25-400-2 **Pay and Benefits:** Pay Rate: $33.49-36.50 per hour, plus applicable Health & Welfare fringe dollars as defined under the DOL's Wage Determination. Benefits: The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
